*** Warranty guarantee – Bảo hành:

— Product warranty 5 years from the date of payment.
— Support to update new version for free (if any).
— Free online technical support.

— Bảo hành sản phẩm 5 năm kể từ ngày thanh toán.
— Hỗ trợ cập nhật phiên bản mới miễn phí (nếu có).
— Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trực tuyến miễn phí.

*** Software delivery time – Thời gian chuyển giao phần mềm:

— Calculation period for delivery or service provision, taking into account geographical distance and delivery method: If the software version you paid for belongs to the group:
— Cloud-based software: Up to 12 hours of deployment time after payment.
— API-based backend: Up to 48 hours of development time after payment.
— Other types: Maximum deployment time 1 week after payment.

— Thời hạn tính toán cho giao hàng hoặc cung cấp dịch vụ, có tính toán đến yếu tố khoảng cách địa lý và phương thức giao hàng: Nếu phần mềm phiên bản bạn đã thanh toán thuộc nhóm:
— Phần mềm dựa trên đám mây: Thời gian triển khai tối đa 12 tiếng sau khi thanh toán.
— Phần phụ trợ dựa trên API: Thời gian phát triển tối đa 48 tiếng sau khi thanh toán.
— Các loại còn lại: Thời gian triển khai tối đa 1 tuần sau khi thanh toán.

*** Software return / Refund – Đổi trả phần mềm / hoàn trả tiền:

— In case the software is delivered later than the committed time.
In case after receiving the software, use is not satisfied within 45 days.
— Customers can request a refund to email [email protected] , we will process the software key and refund within 72 working hours. Including weekends/holidays.
— If a refund request occurs and the next 2 days of the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) the refund will be returned on the next Monday/Tuesday respectively. The case of long-term public holidays is subject to each bank’s continued working time.
— Refund method: You can request in email how to return the software via transaction refund (applicable to electronic card payments) or wire transfer.

— Trường hợp giao phần mềm trễ hơn so với thời gian cam kết.
Trường hợp sau khi nhận phần mềm , sử dụng không ưng ý trong thời gian 45 ngày.
— Quý khách hàng có thể yêu cầu hoàn trả tiền vào email [email protected] , chúng tôi sẽ xử lý khóa phần mềm và hoàn trả tiền trong 72 giờ làm việc. Gồm cả ngày nghỉ / ngày lễ.
— Nếu yêu cầu hoàn tiền xảy ra và ngày kế 2 ngày cuối tuần (T7 / CN) tiền hoàn trả sẽ được trả về vào Thứ 2 / Thứ 3 tương ứng tuần kế tiếp. Trường hợp các ngày nghỉ lễ dài hạn là tùy thuộc vào từng thời gian tiếp tục làm việc của các ngân hàng.
— Cách thức hoàn trả: Quý khách có thể yêu cầu trong email về phương thức hoàn trả phần mềm thông qua refund giao dịch (áp dụng đối với thanh toán thẻ điện tử) hoặc chuyển khoản.
